Professional Activities
Head of Trevisan & Cuonzo's Office in Bari, Vincenzo has an excellent understanding of commercial law, intellectual property law and information technology. He provides advice and representation to national and international clients. He joined the firm in 2005 having trained previously with another firm having specialised in commercial and intellectual property. Vincenzo teaches on the Masters in Law at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School where he lectures on intellectual property law, agronomy and food law.

Vincenzo's professional experience includes:

  • Plant variety law, representing and advising French commercial fruit producers in several disputes
  • Patent infringement, unfair competition and misrepresentation in advertising, representing market leader in window components
  • Food labelling and marketing rights advice for Italian food producers
  • Joint venture contracts, exclusive licenses for Italian brands in the mechanical industry
  • Merger and acquisitions for an Italian bottled wine producer
  • Trademark infringement and unfair competition online, representation and advice for a company in Panama
