In over twenty-five years, we have represented many of the major players in the electronics and software arenas in key-disputes with an international dimension.
In the 90s, we carried out a pioneering and extremely successful self-sustained enforcement program to increase the level of compliance by software end-users. We were also the first to make use of custom monitoring procedures in high-end patent electronic cases on behalf of several international patent holders. In more recent years, we have been on the forefront of the Italian FRAND litigation, representing leading multinational groups before civil courts and antitrust authorities.
