Chiara joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in January 2016, after having attended the "Law and Business" Master of the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School as classroom tutor. Her focus is IP litigation and non-contentious work concerning trademark, copyright, design and unfair competition. Chiara also focuses on patent litigation, including pharmaceutical.

Her professional experience includes:

  • Advising multinational pharmaceutical companies in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation concerning patent rights over medicinal products
  • Advising and continuously representing well-known leading companies in the field of fashion, innovation technology and sport in several IP rights enforcement matters
  • Advising and representing clients on trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO
  • Advising a multinational and world leading FMCG manufacturer - owner of internationally famous food and beverage, household and personal care brands - in a number of cases before the Italian Advertising Authority
