Riccardo joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2021, after having gained experience in prestigious Italian intellectual property law firms, dealing in particular with anti-piracy, anti-counterfeiting and copyright protection for primary sports, media companies and publishers, as well as counterfeiting of trademarks, patents, design models and unfair competition for renowned companies, especially in the luxury and pharmaceutical sectors. His work focuses on contentious and non-contentious IP issues, with a particular focus on new technology and media law, and contract law.

Riccardo is in charge of the intellectual property working group of AIGA (Italian Association of Young Lawyers - Bologna office) and is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and LES (Licensing Executives Society). Riccardo often takes part as a speaker at conferences, in the academic or professional training fields, and is author of contributions for specialist journals on the subject of intellectual property protection.
