Elena joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2020, after graduating in Law with a thesis on administrative trademark enforcement as affected by Legislative Decree 15/2019. She mainly deals with national and international litigation in the field of patents and unfair competition, with a focus on the life sciences sector. She also provides non-contentious and contractual advice on trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and unfair competition.
