Luca Trevisan è socio fondatore di Trevisan & Cuonzo e riconosciuto come uno dei maggiori esperti in Italia nel contenzioso in materia di diritto commerciale, proprietà intellettuale e di responsabilità da prodotto. Nel corso dei suoi 40 anni di carriera, Luca ha seguito numerose cause ottenendo decisioni divenute leading cases, ampiamente riportate nelle riviste internazionali. Ha acquisito, in particolare, una vasta esperienza nella risoluzione di controversie di natura internazionale e comunitaria in materia di brevetti, marchi, diritto d’autore, segreti industriali. I suoi clienti, italiani ed internazionali, appartengono ai più svariati settori merceologici, quali quello farmaceutico, meccanico, petrolifero e del gas, elettronico ed automobilistico.
Luca è frequentemente chiamato, da numerose università, per svolgere corsi di perfezionamento in materia di proprietà intellettuale e diritto commerciale. È abituale relatore ai convegni di settore e scrive regolarmente per numerose pubblicazioni giuridiche internazionali.
