About
Vittorio è un socio dello Studio. Nei suoi quasi 20 anni di attività ha assistito con successo imprese di ogni tipologia in complessi procedimenti giudiziali e amministrativi davanti alle corti e alle autorità italiane ed europee. Ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca presso l’Institute of Advanced Legal Studies della University of London ed ha in più occasioni fornito consulenza su profili di diritto italiano in giudizi innanzi a corti tedesche, olandesi e del Regno Unito. Vittorio è entrato a far parte di Trevisan & Cuonzo nel 2008 ed è il socio responsabile della sede di Roma.
I casi in materia di proprietà intellettuale, antitrust e contenzioso commerciale gestiti da Vittorio hanno riguardato un’ampia gamma di mercati e tecnologie, tra cui reti di telecomunicazione fisse e mobili (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, 5G, DSL, LAN, WiFi), semiconduttori (SDRAM, regolatori di potenza e tensione, packaging, schede circuitali e macchine di test), software (LLMs, riconoscimento di immagini, soluzioni di guida autonoma, interfacce utente, EPG), prodotti chimici (aerogel e altri materiali nanotecnologici, cementi ossei, inchiostri UV), tecnologia per l’industria tessile (macchine da stampa, fibre), automotive (airbag, sistemi di sterzo, telai, sensori, ABS, sistemi di sospensione, componenti per l’industria agricola e del verde), automazione (macchine per il packaging, magazzini automatici, smart meters), impiantistica (impianti siderurgici, impianti LNG, impianti di trasmissione elettrica HVDC, impianti antiincendio), elettronica di consumo, prodotti di consumo (alimentari, cosmetici), prodotti farmaceutici e API, dispositivi medici.
Vittorio è socio di EPLAW, LES, AAI, The Sedona Conference.
