Elena joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2020, after graduating in Law with a thesis on administrative trademark enforcement as affected by Legislative Decree 15/2019. Her main focus is patent litigation, as well as non-contentious IP work (including trademarks, designs, copyright and trade secrets) and unfair competition.
