Our litigation department has gained an international reputation for effective dispute resolution. We are fully aware that litigation - especially before the Italian courts – is often costly and time consuming.
Therefore, we strongly support reasonable commercial solutions as an alternative to the courtroom.
However when negotiations fail, we are equally aware that the only way to achieve commercially valuable results in litigation is to fight hard, exerting maximum pressure on the other side especially in the crucial early stages of the case.
