Our antitrust team regularly assists businesses in proceedings before the antitrust agencies providing support during the investigations, advising clients from the initial "dawn raid" or request for information and throughout the investigative process, up until the appeal proceedings against the decisions issued by the Antitrust Autority. We also work with clients to develop and implement tailored antitrust compliance guidelines, to monitor activity and prevent violations.
